Well helloooooooooooooo all, long time no write.
It's been really hectic and stressful these past few weeks but I’ve had an enjoyable time setting the MMA Prospects UK website and I hope people are enjoying the articles and comments on there.

As for my training, I’ve been quite often with Nick's Powerhouse in Temple Gates and Dean's Exeter Fight Factory in the Riverside. But lately I have also been travelling to the Lion's Den in Exmouth. This is an awesome club and I really enjoy it. I would often put up an event on the website inviting other students to jump in the car with me, the ones that have gone also like it and wish there was one in Exeter. The first night we went was a body conditioning night, which I clearly wasn't expecting as I almost lost my lungs through my arse. But I did come away feeling quite content with myself that I had gone and done it. What I really enjoy though is the MMA sparring nights. This club mainly focuses on the students sparring and preparing for fights as they do allot of competition around the UK. It proved to me that my stamina needs work and I don't think I'm ready for my first fight for another eight to nine months.
I am also looking to sell my house and move into the city of Exeter asap, this would save allot of money from travelling into Exeter for the classes. Then when I'm here I can also regularly go to the Lions Den in Exmouth.
The website is proving to be fun also. We now have a nutritionist as well as a physiotherapist and they seem comfortable and knowledgeable in answering all questions. This part of the site is down to my best mate Dan who's running the site with me. I'm happy to leave him with all the writing and me just shooting the movies and interviewing fighters for the site. Talking of which I recently met a female fighter at the Lions Den in Exmouth and am plucking up the courage to ask her for an interview. I think that females should definitely not be held back from competing in MMA and this girl is testament to this as she is so fit and has a great stand up technique. Another example is Michelle Tyler, who took part in a great interview with us and is a hot prospect for the future I think.
Anyway, sorry it's been a while but like I say, we had allot to do in the last few weeks and now we are more or less back on track. I think you'll agree the timeout was well worth it and we have a great site that will be a useful tool for fighters in raising their game. Why not check it out now at www.mmaprospectsuk.com.
So keep training hard and I'll see you soon.
NH
